Didn’t have breakfast… The staff were kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The internet photo when I booked did not match the environment. Because of that I asked to visit a room before I went forward with the booking. They accommodated my request with immediate friendly response and a smile. I enjoyed my stay and would return if in the area again.

Everything went well. From Taxi arrival to staff caling taxi for me. Perfect. Room extremely comfortable and clean with nice view of pool etc. I have no complaints actually.

It was OK. This of course was not the Ritz Carlton, but the bed, and remaining amenities were good.

There’s limits to what you can expect from a 3 stars-hotel, so you have to take that in consideration; what you’re actually paying for. It was quite simple, only had what I actually needed. The workers and especially the one working in the café(?) near the reception was incredibly nice people. This is no 5-star upper-class hotel, so keep that in mind. However I’m really pleased. Only had one night there, but came from a 5-star overpriced hotel which was way fancier than I felt like I needed, so this felt much better to me. Grounded place and kind people.

Price value far exceed price. Great location, great staff safe, clean conveniently located. You will not find better in Miami for the price. Not posh, but very well appointed and comfortable. It's a 9.5

Really clean, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, the a/c perfect and I loved the bath, the people who helped me check in and out were so nice and let me in befo re my check in time so THANK YOU!

It is obvious this hotel has recently changed owners, they don't even have a permanent sign only a banner. The lobby is also dated and needs work. The staff, however was very helpful an courteous and the room was very clean.
